Saacke manufactures hobs for spur- and helical gears, as well as for splines, chain wheels, belt-pully's, locking wheels and special profiles. The highest customer requirements are met using the most modern techniques.

Saacke-hobs can be manufactured as follows:

Module	0,5 to 16 mm with a max. profile height of 45 mm as an unground version 0,5 to 14 mm with a max. profile height of 32 mm as a ground version
Diamater	20 to 160 mm as a shank type and 32  to 250 mm as a bore type
Bore diameter	min. 10 mm, with standard and transversal keyways
Width / length	5 to 380 mm
Superior Quality	in both unground and ground versions
Accuracy class	B to AAA and beyond
Material	all common high-speed and powder-metal-steels like HSS/EMo5Co5, PM 30, PM-S390 or solid carbide in all K- and P-types
Coatings	Saacke deliveres all common coatings e.g. TiN, TiCN, TiALN, AlCrN
